All appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule to avoid a 50% cancellation fee of booked service. Credit card details will be requested to secure all bookings.
If you wish to leave a tip for a job well done, we ask that you leave it in form of cash since we are unable to add it on to a credit or debit transaction.
We love our products and stand behind them 100%. However, we understand that sometimes you may just change your mind. We will gladly exchange any products within 14-days of original purchase in the form of a store credit that can be used towards your next retail purchase.
At Henry J Madyson Salon, we are committed to complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment to schedule an appointment for a complimentary redo. The redo appointment will be booked with the same stylist who performed the original service. We do not offer refunds and ask you to refrain from trying to fix it yourself or going to another salon as we will not be able to perform the complimentary redo appointment.
Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not allowed at the salon.
